How do you get access to reply to our reviews?
After signing up, we walk you through adding our Google account as a manager of your Google Business Profile. This is the official, Google-approved method. You can remove our access at any time.
Will the replies sound robotic or templated?
No. Every reply is generated specifically for that review, referencing details the reviewer mentioned. We actively vary sentence structure and tone across replies. Most clients and reviewers can't tell the difference from a human-written reply.
What happens with negative reviews?
